How To Grow Your Hair Fast: 7 Easy Tips You NEED To Know

I get a lot of questions about my hair. How do you grow your hair fast? Do you wear extensions? Do you color it? Etc. I ‘m Italian & Maltese, so I’ve always had pretty thick hair, but I’ve definitely had some really bad haircuts where I found myself googling literally every way to speed up my hair growth.

I’ve found some useful tips that definitely worked for me so I want to share with you.

(And no, I don’t wear extensions or color my hair, but both seem fun:)

How To Grow Your Hair Fast: 7 Easy Tips You NEED To Know

1. Air dry your hair most days to avoid damaging hair. When you do style your hair, try to not curl the last two inches if possible to keep the ends healthy as long as possible.
2. Get hair trims at least once every two months – ish. Trimming your hair might seem like going backwards, but your hair grows much faster when it’s healthy, rather than when you have split ends.
3. Take Biotin gummies and Vital Proteins collagen powder. Biotin and collagen might be my favorite supplements. I notice such a difference after taking these. I linked some of my favorites below to shop:)
4. Use sulfate free shampoos & conditioners that are good for scalp health. You have to pay attention to scalp health because without a healthy scalp, you can’t have healthy hair.
5. Do a hair mask once a week – I like the coconut one by Hair Food because it doesn’t make your hair greasy after.
6. Use the Tangle Teezer hairbrush for less hair breakage.
7. Eat lots of avocados, nuts, eggs, and healthy fats. Diet is super important!
