The View

To me, the view might be the best reason to stay at the W New York Times Square. There’s something so exhilarating and fun about waking up high in the sky with a lively city view. I had a corner room so I got tons of natural light into my room which made it hard to leave. My room was on the 52nd floor, but the hotel goes all the way up to 59, so if you love a view – this hotel is for you.

The Convenient Location

The W Hotel Times Square is right smack dab in the middle of Times Square. When you walk out of the hotel, to the left you have the Broadway Theaters, and to the right is Times Square. The subway is also right outside the hotel for fast transportation. The location is perfect for tourists visiting the city who like convenience, shopping, and luxury.

During my weekend stay I was able to go to the Magic Hour Rooftop Bar at the Moxy Times Square, the Empire State Building, and Feroce Bar at the Moxy Chelsea. I walked everywhere because it was so nice out!

The Bar & Lounge

The bar & lounge at the W Hotel Times Square, aka The Living Room, is so cool, retro, luxe, and fun! I love the design focused bar with its neon lights wall that pays homage to Broadway’s bright lights right outside the hotel. The couches are cozy, comfortable, and chill. This is the perfect place to either start your night, or go to for a night cap.

The Rooms

The rooms at the W Hotel Times Square are spacious for a New York hotel. They all have so much natural light due to the big windows which I love. The bed was very cozy, the shower modern, and a well designed layout. Each room has a large TV, snack bar, and all the Bliss Spa bathroom essentials you could ever need. I really appreciate when hotels have bathroom essentials because I often forget something.

The Service & Friendly Staff

The staff at the W are so friendly! Every time I came and went, their staff was there to greet me with a genuine smile. It’s the little things that can make your day, especially when traveling, so every detail was greatly appreciated:)
