A private island, awe-inspiring beaches, jaw dropping sunsets, a warm and friendly culture, and adventures that you’ll never forget. Frangipani is truly a slice of paradise that made both of us feel this indescribable feeling of gratitude for life and nature in all it’s wondrous beauty. The Hotel

You feel the exclusive, intimate, tranquil, yet genuinely welcoming ambiance at Frangipani as soon as you arrive. Frangipani has a total of 6 rooms and 1 suite. Situated along Corong-Corong beach, each room at Frangipani has a spectacular panoramic view of the ocean and infamous limestone formations which I still daydream about often. And the sunsets that we watched from here were the best we saw the whole trip because it sets on this side of the island. I was truly in awe. The photos speak for themselves.

Other things to know about the hotel:

Airport transfers are free of charge for all hotel guests.
They are super eco-friendly which is awesome! They use bamboo straws instead of plastic, toiletries are in refillable bottles, and towels are only washed if you place on the floor.

The Design

The aesthetic of Frangipani El Nido is exactly how I want my future home. Minimal and elegant with a touch of tropical-modern luxury, but also eco-friendly and comfortable. Impeccable. Every corner has a personal touch to it. It’s these kind of spaces that are great for thinking clearly.

And the beds are another huge reason we love Frangipani so much. The linen sheets are the same kind I have at home. They are the most comfortable because you don’t get too hot or too cold, they are just perfect.

Each suite is equipped with a private balcony, TV, safe box, mini bar/refrigerator, blow dryer, and Wi-Fi.

The Pool

If you want a break from the saltwater, you can enjoy the hotel’s relaxing pool which still has an epic panoramic view of the ocean.

Food & Drinks

At this luxury boutique El Nido Palawan hotel you can dine at Cala Restaurant or have drinks at Rubra Lounge. Both face the ocean and make a romantic spot for sunset. You can also get your breakfast in your room which we did:)

The Location

Frangipani El Nido is located on Corong-Corong beach which is in between the main town and Vanilla Beach. It only takes about 5-10 minutes to get to each which made everything so convenient for us. Corong-Corong beach is the best to be based at because the beach is clean, quiet, and has such an epic sunset. You get the best view of El Nido’s Bacuit Bay limestone rock formations here.

Three Coconuts Beach

Okay I didn’t know what to expect on this day but WOW. Ok so Frangipani has this exclusive full day excursion that goes from about 9 AM – 3 PM where you get to go to their private beach which is on their private island. You take a speedboat for about 20 minutes West and then you arrive at this pristine beach that has palm tree shaded areas, lounge chairs, a full bar, monkeys, and lunch ready for you at 12. There’s actually one guy who lives here in a house by himself – how cool?! This beach is the ultimate place to relax, read, kayak, paddle board, and snorkel. We did all the above and it was one of the most epic days of my life. If I could describe the perfect day, this is it.
