Black lace up crop tops are my new obsession because they are so versatile.

You can wear them with an outfit like I did below for a sporty look, or you can pair it with a high waisted corduroy skirt and jacket for a more girly look.

Crop tops and high waisted bottoms seems to be my go to outfit lately. I like dressing “sporty chic” because it’s comfortable and the outfits can be really unique.  For an easy sporty chic outfit – pair a black lace up crop top with some high waisted bottoms, a bomber jacket, some sneakers, tinted glasses, and a neck scarf for the additional flair.

This A.M. Club design, Note-orious, was made in collaboration with the Council for Fashion & Social Change – an organization that I became a brand ambassador for in 2016. CFSC is a non-profit organization that is focused on creating social impact through fashion and design activities.

A percentage of profits from this CFSC design are going to the SpreadMusicNow organization which is a non-profit dedicated to funding and providing music programs for more children in the US. As schools across the nation increasingly face budget cuts, music is often one of the first subject areas to be cut, leaving many students with minimal exposure to the arts. Music and the arts help kids learn about self-expression and innovation while teaching essential life skills including confidence, creativity, and collaboration. The arts help improve early cognitive development, reading skills, and developing critical thinking skills. SpreadMusicNow is committed to filling this gap by funding music programs that foster continual learning and that put students on a clear path to college, career, and life success. They believe that by providing a child with music education, they will experience a better quality of life and develop skills that will help them to not only become successful students, but role models that benefit society as a whole.
