So excited for the New Year! I couldn’t be more grateful for my family and friends, you guys are AWESOME. It has been more than an amazing year full of positive changes and meeting the coolest, most inspirational and creative people. Cheers to making next year an even better one. I leave back to New York tonight and it is such a bittersweet feeling because I always have the best time visiting California. People here enjoy the quality of life much more than in New York. Maybe it’s the amount of vitamin D from the sun or something in the water (or maybe it’s the Mary Jane) but everyone is always so happy. This trip was way too short and I’m going to miss all of you! But I will be back soon enough.
This is my outfit I’m wearing on New Year’s Eve. It’s an iridescent blue and magenta velvet ensemble from LF with a crop top and a high-waisted skirt, two of my faves. I won’t be wearing these stunna shades (I’m not that cool) but the rest of the outfit is a definite. If anyone else has this outfit…I will take a picture with them.
I put together some more inspirational quotes for the new year. I haven’t thought too much about resolutions because I am not one to wait for a date to start making changes, however I will still make a list. Anyways, enjoy the quotes and have a safe New Years!
“When someone tells you that you can’t do something, perhaps you should consider that they are only telling you what they can’t do.”
“Inaction breeds doubt and fear. Action breeds confidence and courage. If you want to conquer fear, do not sit home and think about it. Go out and get busy.”
“You can always become the person you would have liked to be.”
