Best Place To Take Photos By Vegas - Seven Magic MountainsSpoiler alert: Seven Magic Mountains is the best place for you to take photos on your road trip to Las Vegas.

Wild West Desert - A.M. ClubEarlier this month Joe and I took a last minute trip out to Las Vegas for the Monster Energy Motocross Cup because why not right? His cousin Axel was competing, we wanted to catch up with his family, and definitely both needed some sunshine and time away from our computers. But tbh, who doesn’t love a spontaneous trip to Las Vegas? I feel like every trip to Vegas for me has always been a last minute, free-spirited decision that I’ve never regretted, after the hangover subsides. Las Vegas is the only city in the US where people travel from all corners of the Earth to indulge in an adult playground that exudes escapism and indulgence. If you’ve ever been to Vegas, you more than likely have at least a few stories about your time in “Sin City,” whether it was a girls birthday trip, getting hitched sitch, bachelor party, or family gambling extravaganza. Because what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas right?

 Not really.

I don’t want to get dark in this post because I think the best thing we can do since the largest mass shooting in US history, is stay positive, move forward, and continue to support those affected in Vegas. But I am going to get real for a second. It’s truly devastating what happened this past October 1st. It left us all angry and confused. Scared yet furious. Shocked yet feeling surreal. How can people have so much hate in them? What is the U.S. doing so wrong? The answer is a lot. We can all make a difference by caring, educating ourselves, taking action, supporting one another, donating, and spreading compassion, kindness, and love.

Cut out all things toxic in your life. Stop watching Fox News, do watch Cheddar, follow specific news accounts on Twitter, and in general, try to modify your intake and daily consumption – mentally and physically. Negative information truly affects how you think and live. (You can learn more about how this affects your brain here.) I try to stay positive no matter what because we only have one life and we can’t control everything. So just let go, live, and love. Try to focus on the positives in life. Focus on all of the things you are grateful for.

Gratitude changes the attitude.

Do what makes you feel happy and full of passion. Indulge in whatever it is that makes you truly feel while not hurting others. Give as much as you can while you can.

For me, I’m happiest when creating, learning, teaching, or adventuring. So today I’m sharing with you my new favorite discovery on our adventure to Vegas.

Seven Magic Mountains by Ugo Rondinone is a new, colorful art installation 20 minutes outside the Las Vegas strip. I love desert photos, so I thought it would be the perfect place to shoot the new Wild West Collection for A.M. Club silk scarves and bandanas.

These A.M. Club silk scarves and bandanas that give a percentage of profits back to Earth Justice which is a non-profit that is focused on protecting, conserving, and improving the Earth’s environment and ecosystem. From the ocean to the deserts to the Arctic to saving endangered species – Earthjustice is truly making the world a better place. You can order these designs and support the cause here.
