Oh what a night… I felt especially blessed to know such inspiring humans over this perfect dinner brought to you by Freixenet and the wonderful Sarah Ashley (@salthousemkt). It was in my top 5 favorite meals of the year – I will never forget it. I love that our world has evolved into a place where we can work, create and inspire with people we love and share moments with our friends that will last forever. I really have respect for brands who see the importance of events. The experience that you can give to people is what I view as one of the most important factors because these moments live on with you forever.
BUT let’s talk about how amazing this meal was though. Every single dish, and obviously cocktail, had Freixenet integrated. If you aren’t familiar with Freixenet it is pronounced ‘fresh-eh-net’ and it is my favorite cava.
