How To Spend 2 Days In Bangkok

bangkok-2
Bangkok, Thailand is an interesting place and I think it's worth experiencing once in your life. It's quite a whirlwind going from the relaxed beaches of Thailand to a major, developed and bustling city, but you adjust quickly because there are adventures to be had and memories to be made. A couple things about Bangkok to be prepared for. The pollution. It's dirty and smelly. The sky is forever grey in Bangkok. The pollution is out of control at this point. I understand the face masks now.  The traffic. If you can imagine LA traffic x 10 -  that is what Bangkok traffic is. This year has been nothing like the rest. I actually quit working corporate, self-funded and am running a luxury silk line that gives back to non-profit organizations I am passionate about, drove cross country with my best friend which led to me becoming legit bi-coastal, began blogging and consulting full time, traveled throughout South East Asia and Australia for 2 months - half of the trip alone, and met my soul mate after dating a fair share of ********.  It hasn't been the...

The Most Unique New Orleans

nola
Top and jeans: Blue Faith Denim / Bag: Urban Southern / Silk Scarf: AM CLUB Last week my best friend and I did a cross country road trip from Miami to LA. Our first stop was New Orleans, also known as NOLA, and it was AMAZING. I feel like we climbed Mount Everest or something - feel v accomplished and adventurous for crossing that off my bucket list. Everyone had told us before the trip that the vibe in NOLA was indescribable yet incredible and they were very right. We first stayed at the Soniat House Boutique Hotel in the center of the French Quarter. Obsessed? So were we. Everything at this hotel is perfect from the interior decor to the friendly...
