This was my first day in Turks & Caicos last week and I have to say it is my new favorite tropical place in the world. If you know me, you know I am obsessed with turquoise and the water here is as turquoise as it can get. Therefore, I was in visual heaven. Another reason Turks is my new favorite-the people take nice to a whole other level… I would literally trust them with my life, yeah THAT nice. There isn’t much in the way of restaurants if you are a foodie but who goes to tropical places to eat anyways? We go for pina coladas and tanning, duhhh. (And to swim with the fishies and make sand castles but not everyone is into that). However, they do have the freshest fish, fruits and vegetables which are yum so no complaining.
This skull dress is funky due to the mohawks but it is a pretty bad ass cover up if you ask me. I may not be blending in with everyone else on the islands wardrobe but that wasn’t the look I was going for anyways. I had fun being a rebel and climbing out onto this old dock by our hotel but it wasn’t the easiest to balance on with the little gusts of wind without falling in so appreciate my attempt to shoot out here. Too bad I’m not Jesus or a superhero and don’t have the ability to walk on water, would have been a way more sick street style/editorial mini series, but hey can’t win em all.
